Great quality reproduction of the 11th Flotilla U-Boat Badge.
The 11th Flotilla was at home on the North Sea, and was based in the Norwegian port of Bergen until the German surrender in 1945. It was one of the largest Combat Flotillas of the war, comprising of 188 vessels.
The badge features a polar bear behind the command tower of a U-Boat. The motif sits at the centre of a white and gold bordered red shield. The reverse has a pin for fitting.
