UPS now available!
We are excited to annouce that we have partnered with UPS to bring affordable premium shipping to our customers across the world!
UPS allows us to offer speedy 2-5 day delivery at a much lower price than DHL and often beating Royal Mail at 2KG orders and above.

Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday, typically orders are dispatched on the same working day when placed before 1pm (UK time). Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched on the following working day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on the item size/weight. You'll be informed of any shipping costs at the checkout before you pay. Shipping costs are reviewed regularly as we try to offer the most affordable options we can, this means they may change without notice.
Import Tax/Duties
We use IOSS and Norway VOEC, otherwise the customer is responsible for knowing and paying their countries import charges. We ship all orders from the UK.
Delivery Delays
We try our best to provide accurate information; however, occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays in delivery. We ask that all customers allow additional time to account for any potential delays.
