Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working day hours. Custom items such as rings, visor caps with special piping and helmets that need to be sprayed can take longer. Postage and Packaging is charged based on the weight of items ordered and will be calculated during the checkout process. You will be informed of the full Postage and Packaging costs before you are asked for payment.
Privacy & Security
The personal information you submit to Epic Militaria will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except, when deemed neccessary, to agents or companies providing services you have requested through Epic Militaria, or when required by law. All agents or companies used by Epic Militaria to provide these services are held to the same strict privacy standards as our own. Any information we may ask you for example telephone number, your postal and email address, will never be given out to anyone without your approval. Epic Militaria operates within the guidelines set out by the U.K. Data Protection Act (1998).
Returns & Replacements
We understand that with online shopping, especially for clothes, boots and hats that it’s sometimes necessary to return items. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the goods are undamaged and not used. Please see our returns section for full details.

About Our Products
All our WW2 products are reproductions unless stated otherwise in the title or product description. When we refer in the product name or description to the colour or type, for example Silver or Gold, then this refers to the colour or level of the award not the material it is made in. The product description will give you details of what the product is, or is made of, if you are unsure please ask before ordering. In order to ensure our products are the best historical reproductions we can make, and to follow the originals as closely as possible, we sometimes do not have hallmarks/stamps applied to materials and just refer to the material itself. This is what the vast majority of our customers want, and in these cases you will get a better material than is described, but without the stamp we cannot describe it as such.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices will be clearly visible on the product page. Any products that are on promotion or special offer will be clearly advertised as so. You will also be able to see any possible savings you may make for bulk purchases on certain products. All shipping prices will be clearly advertised before you make a payment so you can be 100% clear on the final cost. With our new currency feature, you will also have the option to view all prices and pay in GBP, Euros or US Dollars, just click the flag at the top right of the website to access this feature.
