Please be aware that there are currently global delays due to COVID19 and some deliveries may take longer than stated below. Please check local services for more info.
Postage and Packaging costs are mostly based on the weight of order and will be calculated during the checkout process. You will be informed of the full cost before you are asked for payment.
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible, but all weights and costs are estimates and subject to change.
European Union (EU)

Please be aware that due to current laws, we are unable to ship items over 2kg to residential addresses within Russia. All items over 2kg are sent via courier and current stipulations in place do not allow courier deliveries to properties other than business addresses. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Import Restrictions to your country
You as the customer/importer are responsible for knowing what you can or cannot import into your country.
The rules are always changing, so there is no way for us to be able to guarantee such information.
Where we are aware of restrictions we will implement them, and also the shipping companies we use have also their own restrictions which can further restrict what we are able to post in the UK and Overseas.
Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded or Next-Day Courier (When ordered before Midday, Mon-Thurs) depending on the value.
Royal Mail pick-up daily from our warehouse and this usually results in next-day delivery to the most of the UK for our 1st class mail.
Orders over 2kg are normally delivered next working day if ordered before midday, Mon-Thurs:

This courier delivery is not available to certain areas including, but not limited to, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
We also offer Recorded or Regular Courier services.
Eurozone: Shipping to EU countries is by Airmail, Tracked or an International Courier, depending on the weight and value of the order. Shipping to Europe normally takes 5 to 15 working days dependent on shipping method.
Most EU countries we send DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) but not all, the shipment method chosen will indicate if the shipping method is DDP.
Other European Shipping
Shipping to the following countries is by Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed-For or International Courier, depending on the weight and value of the order. Shipping to Europe usually takes 10 to 15 working days dependent on shipping method.
Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia
USA including APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping to the USA and APO/FPO addresses is by Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed-For or International Courier, depending on the weight and value of the order. Shipping to the USA usually takes 10 to 15 working days dependent shipping method.
Please note, we cannot send parcels by Courier to an APO/FPO address so would need a different address for that service.
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Japan Shipping
Shipping to the following countries is by Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed-For or International Courier, depending on the weight and value of the order. Shipping usually takes 15 to 20 working days dependent on shipping method.
Rest of World Shipping
Shipping to the countries not listed above is by Royal Mail International Signed-For or International Courier, depending on the weight and value of the order. Shipping usually takes 10 to 20 working days.
Please note: All orders over 100kg may incur an additional charge.
To return or exchange an item, please use our online Returns Form here. The order must return to us unused and undamaged, and in the original packaging if it comes in a presentation box or similar. Please note for any damages or possible wrong items we would need to be informed within 30 days of the order being delivered.
Oops! I ordered the wrong size!
We understand that with online shopping, especially for clothes, boots and hats that it’s sometimes necessary to return items. We are happy to accept returns within 45 days of the order bring delivered, provided that the goods are returned unused in their undamaged original packaging. Don't worry, trying clothes on for size does not count as using them.
For UK orders we will ship out exchanges for free, non-UK orders only have a small reshipping fee.
I have changed my mind
No problem at all as long as it is in our 45 day return period, just let us know and we can advise the best course of action. Please note underwear (including socks) are excluded from our accepted returns unless faulty and unworn.
Any customised helmets and sewing orders will be treated on a case-by-case basis, however we are happy to provide an exchange for like-for-like depending on the circumstances. Alternatively in some cases, we may offer a partial refund covering the garment or helmet only, however we will retain any customisation or sewing costs incurred. In any event, any faulty items will be entitled to a full refund which will be at our sole discretion.
You've sent me the wrong item!
We're not perfect! Occasionally we make mistakes, when we do, we will quickly get this rectified for you. Please contact us so we can arrange return shipping.
Item appears to have been damaged in shipping!
Normally we would like these items returned so we can claim against the postal carrier. Do not worry, you will always get the item you ordered or your money back.
