Important Information:
Covid Delays
Please be aware that occasional there may be slight delays due to covid - these delays are minimal at the moment and we are seeing much better delivery times.
Shipping Costs
On checkout you will be shown the different shipping methods available, and the costs, before you make payment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total size and weight of an order at checkout.
All delivery times below are estimated timeframes and may be subject to change. Parcels sometimes experience delays on their journey and arrive later than expected.
Import Restrictions to your country
You are responsible for knowing what you may or may not import into your country. We will implement any restrictions we are currently aware of. This also applies to any courier restrictions.
You are responsible for any location taxes where applicable. On all occasions you are the "importer on record"
If an order is returned to us because you have refused the delivery or have failed to pay the duties/tax, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost. Your refund will not be processed until your parcel has been returned to us.
Remote Charges
Some areas may be subject to a 'Remote Area Shipping Charge', if this is the case, we will contact you before we ship your order.

Some delivery services may not be able to deliver to certain locations. These are including but not limited to, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

European Union (EU)
We understand the confusion and frustration our customers have had over the past few weeks regarding shipping to the EU and we have taken steps simplify this process. As of now we will process all EU orders that qualify via IOSS. This means we collect and pay the tax on these orders and you no longer have to pay an import charge.
Orders under €150 will now have their tax collected at the checkout. We will pay this through IOSS to the relevant authorities.
This means you will no longer be charged import and duties to receive your order from us.
Orders over €150 will not have their tax collected at the checkout.
We will remove UK tax from your order at the checkout stage and ship your order via a duties unpaid method.
You will receive a charge from the courier for your order's import tax, duties and handling charges.
You may wish to consider placing smaller orders more often (jnstead of a single large order) to avoid additional charges.

Russia
Due to current laws in Russia, we are unable to ship any orders over 2KG to residential addresses.
Residential customers may only select a standard delivery method.
We cannot send anything via courier.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times to military post offices as their internal network may cause delays.
We can only send packages via a standard postal method (no couriers). This means we can not ship anything over 2KG

Returns and Exchanges
Returns
You have 45 days from receiving your order to contact us and return your item(s). Any returns after 45 days will be assessed on an individual basis.
To return or exchange an item please contact us first if there is an issue with the product. The order must be returned to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging (where applicable).
You must contact us regarding any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order.

For overseas returns please ensure that you include the required customs paperwork on your parcel and declare your parcel as a return.
I have ordered the wrong size!
If you're in the UK we can exchange the item for you. You'll be required to send the original item back to us and you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will process an exchange for you and send you a replacement item - We will cover the cost of shipping you the replacement item.
If you're outside of the UK you will need to send your item back to us. The return shipping is at your own cost. We will then process a full refund and you will be able to repurchase the item in the size you require.
No longer want my item
If you have changed your mind, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund but please contact us first. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
My item was custom..
Any customised items that are not damaged or faulty are generally considered non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any customised items. These will be assessed on an individual basis.
Customised items include: Custom Helmets, Custom Piping, Sewing Orders and any items that have additional add-ons or services.
My item is damaged/incorrect
If your item has arrived damaged or is not what you have ordered then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
We will always try to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and without additional cost to the customer.
My issue is not listed above
Please contact us and we will be sure to do all we can to resolve any issues.
Exchanges
If you are within the UK you may return your item to us to exchange it for an alternative size.
We ask that you contact us before you send any items back to us. Please see the Returns Page for more information.
You will be responsible for the return postage cost however we will pay to post the replacement item out to you.
