Garrison Caps
First issued to troops during World War 1 and called the 'Overseas cap', it wasn't until 1941 they began to be called the 'Garrison cap'. The cap would have coloured piping, depending on what branch you served in for enlisted men, Silver and Black for Warrant Officers, and Gold and Black for Commisioned Officers.
