The NRG Emergency Food Rations are packed with high quality ingredients, and one pack will fulfull an adult's daily energy requirement. These packs are ready to eat, however they can be crushed and added to water to create a nutritious porridge, mash or drink, depending on the amount of water added.
This high energy emergency food ration is gluten free, lactose free and suitable for vegans.
