Description
Among reenactors, there is discussion as to the best material to use within woollen uniforms. Some say a pure wool construction is better; others swear by a blend. For our Premium Uniform range, we have settled on a 70% wool, 30% polyester blend. Made to spec from the start, we use wool that hasn’t already been recycled from another process, before dying to an accurate shade which matches the weight and feel of the original. As a result, we are confident that our uniforms are some of the best on the market.
As seen in use from 1936 to 1940, these tunics hit all the small details, such as the distinctive pleated pockets, dark green collar, silk liner and authentic pebbled silver buttons. The craftsmanship is second to none. Designed with comfort and durability in mind, these tunics are made to withstand the rigors of reenactment use.
