WW2 German M34/37 Officer Tunic
WW2 reproduction German M34 / 37 Officer tunic.
In 1937 Officers were authorised to purchase the less formal M37 Tunic as an alternative to the Waffenrock. The M37 Feldbluse was based on the M35 service tunic. After production of the Waffenrock was suspended in 1940, the M37 was worn for dress occasions. It would of been worn with piped dress trousers.
This superb reproduction tunic is made from high quality gabardine like the originals. The tunic has 2 button down pleated chest pockets as well as 2 button down waist pockets. There is also an internal chest pocket, belt and dagger slit pocket. The tunic has smart French style cuffs as well a silver bullion piping around the collar. There is a loop and button on each shoulder for attaching shoulder boards to. The tunic fastens with the iconic German Army silver pebbled buttons. There are two belt support hooks on the reverse of the tunic. The tunic is also fully lined in rayon with decorative red stitching.
This fantastic quality tunic would make an wonderful addition to a German Officer impression.
