The 1937 Pattern Webbing was the standard load-carrying system for the British Army from 1937 through World War II and beyond. This Khaki reproduction aims for historical accuracy, featuring durable cotton canvas and brass fittings.
The 'Battle Order' set provides a functional system for carrying essential gear in the field. It includes a central Small Pack measuring 30cm x 26cm x 11cm for personal items and rations. Two vertical Basic Pouches, each measuring 23cm x 12cm x 6cm, are provided for ammunition. A Webbing Belt with a brass buckle and adjustable Shoulder Braces help distribute the weight effectively. A skeletal Water Bottle Carrier is also included, though the water bottle itself is not supplied.
This webbing set is ideal for display or re-enactment, offering a practical piece of historical equipment. To maintain it, wait for any dirt to dry and brush it off with a soft clothing brush.
