WW1 US M17 Helmet Liner
When the United States entered the First World War in April 1917, they didn't have an official helmet for their troops. By June of that year, the US had adopted the standard British MK I helmet due to availability and ease of production. As a result of this, production for the M17 Doughboy helmet began in November of that year, with over 700,000 helmets produced by February 1918.
These high-quality reproduction WW1 US M17 Helmet Liners are made from goatskin and cotton lining, and come in a variety of sizes to fit neatly in your helmet and comfortably on your head.
