Reproduction SS BEVO Badge, as worn on Sports Vests during WW2.
Sports Vests such as these were worn by troops during sporting activities, and during Physical Training (P.T.) exercises. The SS Runes Vest would specifically have been worn by members of the Waffen SS during Sports drills and exercises. These badges would have been worn at the centre of the vests, and feature the SS Runes in black on a white background. They are made from the late war BEVO material. The circle around the runes has a diameter of 9.5cm, with the full square patch measuring approximately 10cm x 10cm.
