WW2 German Army BEVO Sports Vest Badge
Quality WW2 German Army Heer Vest Badges, made from an accurate reproduction BEVO material.
These patches were worn on the sports vests of member of the WW2 German Army, known as the Heer. They were worn on the front of their sports vests, which would have been worn by troops during sporting activities, and for Physical Training (P.T.) exercises. The patch itself features the Wehrmacht Eagle in black above the swastika, all upon a half moon backing. The full insignia patch measures 26cm x 15cm, and would be worn at the centre of the vest.
They are made from a very accurate reproduction BEVO material. BEVO was introduced in a bid to increase the efficiency of insignia manufacture. The most prominent of BEVO manufacturers during the war was BEVO-Wuppertal.
