This is a set of two exquisite replicas of the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal, one full size and the other the miniature, and is ideal for the collector or as a replacement.
This commemorative medal was created in 2012 to honour the 60 years Queen Elizabeth II has been on the throne and served our country faithfully.
Each medal features an effigy of the Queen surrounded by the Latin abbreviation "ELIZABETH II DEI GRA.REGINAFID. DEF" translated to "Elizabeth II, by the Grace of God, Queen, Defender of the Faith". On the reverse is faceted hexagon with a crowned Royal cypher with the years 1952 and 2012 underneath.
These are stunning new productions and the only difference from the originals is that these have a discreet 'copy' written on the reverse side of the medal, this can clearly be seen in the pictures.
These medals are made in Great Britain by one of the finest and oldest medal and military accoutrement manufacturers (UK Medal Office Approved) in the country so you know that in terms of quality these cannot be beaten.
To clarify, these medals are MoD approved reproductions of the genuine issue medals and can be issued without reservation or application. The original genuine medals can only be issued through application to the MoD/ UK government.

We offer UK standard and next day shipping and we also offer world-wide shipping via tracked airmail and courier to most countries.
Postage and Packaging costs are based on the weight of the item/s ordered and will be calculated during the checkout process. You will be informed of the full cost before you are asked for payment.
We follow EU IOSS and Norway VOEC import rules, any other import and duties are payable by the customer.

Postage when returning an item is at the customer's expense, however, postage for sending out a replacement or an exchange (if selected, UK only), will be covered by Epic Militaria.
