Reproduction WW2 German Luftwaffe Pilot/Observer Qualification Badge, with the correct pin back.
Introduced in 1935, the decoration was awarded to those who completed the necessary practical and theoretical training as both a Pilot and an Observer in the Luftwaffe. They are mid-war in design, and feature the silver Luftwaffe Eagle at the centre of a golden laurel and oakleaf wreath. The reverse of the badge has a smart, matte finish, and is completed with a pin for fixing to the tunic and the Assman 'A' makers mark.
These are well finished, high quality reproductions, as worn by Pilot/Observers in WW2 Germany's Luftwaffe.
