WW2 German Waffen SS Officer Visor Cap - Stone Grey - Silver Piping
This high-quality Stone Grey Wool Waffen SS Officers Schirmmutzen (Visor Cap) comes with silver piping, black velvet band and gloss black peak, complete with silver bullion cap cord and silver eagle and skull insignia. Worn by higher-ranking officers in the Waffen SS, the silver piping and cord marked the wearer as an officer below General rank, above which the piping would be gold.
This is an excellent reproduction, handmade from an original in a heavy wool material, with a leather sweatband, perfect for reenactment or collecting alike. See here for this and other caps without insignia.
