WW2 US Medical Tag Book
These are replicas of the Medical Tag Books used by US troops during WW2. A Book was issued to each Medic in the US Forces, who would then allocate a tag from the book to a patient. On the tag he would note the personal details of the patient, as well as details on the injury and any treatments provided. This would help Medical Personnel in the rear to decide upon further treatment quicker and more accurately.
Our replicas are unmarked reproductions. They are for display use only, and are ideal for reenactors and historical displays. The Books feature the same text and have 20 tags like the originals, helping to provide even more authenticity to the item.
Please note: our current batch has a darker blue binding strip, with graphite copy paper between each form.
All of our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in Aberystwyth, Wales.
We offer UK standard and next day shipping and we also offer world-wide shipping via tracked airmail and courier to most countries.
Postage and Packaging costs are based on the weight of the item/s ordered and will be calculated during the checkout process. You will be informed of the full cost before you are asked for payment.
We follow EU IOSS and Norway VOEC import rules, any other import and duties are payable by the customer.

Postage when returning an item is at the customer's expense, however, postage for sending out a replacement or an exchange (if selected, UK only), will be covered by Epic Militaria.
