WW2 German Tan & Water Camo Jump Smock

German late-war Camouflage Jump Smock for Paratroopers  (Fallschirmjäger) in Sumpftarnmuster (Swamp pattern) camouflage, also know as 'Tan & Water'. These Jump smocks were used in the later period of the war, and were the last pattern introduced into service. They differed from the early smocks in such these aren't the 'step in' type as seen in the earlier patterns.

This jump smock features a 5 button front, two zippered pockets on the chest and two on the waist. These are fastened with impressive heavy duty metal zippers with large leather pull tabs. There are pop stud tabs over the belt support hook holes on either side of the smock. There is a loop on the reverse of the smock for a bayonet and a pocket pistol holder on the other side. Each arm has an underarm vent. There are internal waist drawstrings as well as the full compliment of 'Prym' pop studs around the base and cuffs of the smock. 

This great quality smock would make a wonderful addition to a WW2 Luftwaffe impression.
