WW2 German Stabshelferin Des Heeres Soldbuch
Repro Soldbuchs for the Stabshelferinnen des Heeres - a staff auxiliary consisting of women serving as clerical workers in the Army's administration services.
Soldbuchs served as a form of identification and record-keeping. It was the standard identity document in the German military, issued to every man. It allowed the owner to draw pay, prove he had permission for leave, recorded what equipment he had been issued, and identified his current and former units. It also included his rank, physical attributes, military awards, and medical history. Each reproduction measures 10cm x 14.5cm.
Great for adding to your collection, using as props in historical displays, and of course for reenactment!
