Made in Germany by the legendary Erel company, and featuring a single silver pebbled button on the front and silver piping, these 100% wool WW2 German Single Button M44 Officers caps are perfect for reenactment.
The Erel company produced hats for the German military during WW2 and are still in operation today, producing fantastic reproduction hats. These guys know what they're doing!Â
Based on the popular and widely used Gebirgsjager Bergmutze Ski Caps, these M44 caps had a slightly longer visor and no leather sweatband due to economisation of manufature.

Please Note: The visor on these caps is made from a cloth-covered pasteboard/heavy cardboard, as per the originals. They are therefore NOT machine washable.
