WW2 German Infantry Silver Assault Badge Stickpin
This is a stickpin version of the WW2 German Infantry Assault Badge in silver. These badges were originally issued from 1939 onwards and were awarded to soldiers of both the Waffen-SS and the Wehrmacht Heer who had participated in 3 or more infantry assaults, or counter-attacks, soldiers who had engaged in hand-to-hand combat in an assault position or soldiers who had participated in 3 or more armed recon missions.
This stickpin version can be worn in the lapel of a tunic or jacket.
