These reproduction WW2 badges were earned by members of the German Wehrmacht for demonstrating equestrian skills. Originally a civilian award, it was later adopted by the Wehrmacht as a military decoration.
The award was known in German as the Deutsches Reiterabzeichen, which translates to the German Rider Award, and is available in 3 classes.
