These are fantastic quality WW2 German Generals Visor Caps, made in Germany by Erel.Â
The Erel company made hats for the German military during World War Two, and the company is still operating today, making great quality reproduction hats.
The upper of these caps is made with 100% wool with a 100% rayon lining. The cap features a visor cap wreath, silver eagle, and cockade on the front.
The German General Staff was a member at the head of the German Army, responsible for the continuous study of all aspects of war, and for drawing up and reviewing plans for mobilisation or campaigns.
