This is a good reproduction of the World War Two German Anti-Partisan award badge - Silver class.
This particular award was presented to any troops who had completed 50 days of action in Anti-Partisan based activities. The only exception to this being the Luftwaffe who had to have complete 75 combat missions in support of Anti-Partisan operations to qualify for the award.
The badge was to be worn on the upper left had pocket.
