WW1 German M16 Helmet with Sniper Plate
These fine reproductions of the WW1 German M16 Helmet are finished in Field Grey. The helmet was introduced to the German troops in April 1916, designed to replace the Spiked Pickelhaubes as they offered better protection for use in combat.
The helmets also come with an attachable sniper plate, which were issued to snipers and other select troops during WWI. It can be attached to the helmet using the strap, placing the lugs of the helmet in the grooves on either side of the plate.
