US USN Naval Deck Jacket
To protect them against the elements, sailors needed a reliable, durable, and warm coat, and the USN Naval Deck Jacket provided just that. Produced in 1943 for the US Navy, they fast became a favourite amongst sailors thanks to their rugged versatility. They were made with Jungle Cloth which protected the sailor against the strong winds and waters, and warmth was provided by an Alpaca wool lining, with the jacket being secured shut with a tough zip and buttons for extra protection.

Made famous by Paul Newman and James Dean, these fantastic reproductions of the iconic US USN Naval Deck Jacket are made with a strong cotton blend and a teddy-style synthetic fleece inner.
