US Navy Officer Small Craft Badge
These badges were awarded by the US Navy to sailors who had earned the silver Petty Officer pin while enlisted, and later became commissioned officers. This is the only enlisted award authorised to change colour when the officer becomes commissioned without further qualification.
These smart badges are attached with 3 clutch pins to the reverse, and measure 4cm x 4cm.
