Originally introduced during the First World War, the Pouch, First Aid Packet, M1910 was designed to carry the standard Carlisle paper-wrapped first aid dressing. This classic design remained an essential piece of field gear for American infantrymen well into the Second World War, produced by depots like Jeffersonville until 1942.

We made this pouch from heavy-duty khaki cotton canvas webbing. It features dual brass press studs on the front flap to keep the compartment sealed. On the rear, a stitched canvas loop holds the iconic M1910 double wire hanger, allowing for seamless integration with period-correct equipment.

Measuring approximately 14cm x 8cm, the pouch perfectly fits a metal Carlisle dressing tin or modern reenactment blocks. Reenactors can easily mount the hanger directly onto the eyelets of an M1910 cartridge belt, pistol belt, or other combat belts, securing vital medical gear for historical displays.
