US Air Assault Badge (2nd Pattern) - Black
The first pattern was only issused to members of the 11th Airborne Division and was not authorised for army-wide wear. This second pattern of the badge was first issued in in 1978, and is the more widely recognised and distributed award.
These badges measure approximately 4cm in length and have a black finish.
A must for US reenactment and military collectors.
