These are excellent reproductions of the Tan Anoraks worn by German Mountain Troops (Gebirgsjager) during WW2.
The tan anoraks are reversible to white, which allowed for active camouflage during the winter. The Anorak features 3 pockets across the chest, each with a button for fastening. A concealed strung collar leads up to a large hood, and the cuffs can be tightened using the buckle and strap on each wrist. There are two more pockets on the reverse of the anorak. This detailing can also be found on the reversed white.
Please note that we get these manufactured ourselves, and many of them still have chalk marks on them from the manufacture process. These can be washed off on a cold setting.
These anoraks have have been sized to be worn over the tunic with a loose fit, and so will measure alot larger than the sizes below.
