SS Early Skull (Silver effect) metal cap insignia.
Stamped, metal reproduction of the early pattern SA/ SS cap skull, also known as the Prussian Danziger Skull. This type of skull was used from 1923 - 1934 and was worn on the kepis and visor caps of the SA.
In 1936 after the Night of the Long Knives, the SS further tried distancing themselves from the history of the SA and the second pattern skull came into use although both styles would still be used throughout the rest of the war.
On the rear of the skull are two metal prongs to attach the skull to a kepi or visor cap.

We follow EU IOSS and Norway VOEC import rules, any other import and duties are payable by the customer.
