Original Swiss Army Shoe Wax
Found in every Swiss soldier's pack, these boxes of Original Swiss Army Shoe Wax would be used for protecting various leather military products used by the Swiss army, including shoes, slings, and belts. They're stored in a cardboard wrapper and are small enough to pack away easily in your kit bag or pop in your pocket.
The instructions on the box are printed in both French and German, and read as follows:
"Push the drawer of the box a little forward and roll up the envelope of the paste as and when needed: extend the Rex sparingly on the outer part of the leather then rub with a clean cloth it is necessary that the leather be very dry before coating"
Not only are these boxes of Original Swiss Army Shoe Wax a great little addition to your Swiss kit, but they're a handy item to keep at home or in the car to polish up shoes or other leather items.
Please note: As these are genuine surplus items, a degree of variation between the products should be expected. The wax can vary in colour (yellow and red for example), but can be used the same.
