Original Swedish Back Pack M1939
These Swedish packs are very well-travelled and storied, from manufacturing in Scandinavia to service in South Africa and Rhodesia back to us here at Epic HQ in Wales. That is why we are very pleased to offer these packs in very good condition considering some date back as far as 1942.
Based around the same style of metal frame used in a wide variety of rucksacks from WW2, these sturdy leather and canvas packs are ready to carry on your next expedition. We have two variants of these antique packs:
Standard - Grey canvas with brown leather strapping, grey metal frame with belt hooks on the end of the shoulder straps, designed to be used with a webbing belt or hooked onto the bag's waist strap. Single internal pocket, straps to attach bedroll or blanket underneath and another pair to carry ice picks or tent poles on the side.
1942 Stamped - Same as the Standard versions with the addition of the Swedish crown and 1942 stamping on the waist belt, adding some great heritage to the bag.
All the packs show signs of wear, age and use, from light staining and bleaching to variations in markings and stamping, as is to be expected from surplus. Despite this, the leather and canvas are in good condition and ready to use. Be sure to grab yours today as there is no guarantee we will be able to get these again!
All of our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in Aberystwyth, Wales.
We offer UK standard and next day shipping and we also offer world-wide shipping via tracked airmail and courier to most countries.
Postage and Packaging costs are based on the weight of the item/s ordered and will be calculated during the checkout process. You will be informed of the full cost before you are asked for payment.
We follow EU IOSS and Norway VOEC import rules, any other import and duties are payable by the customer.

Postage when returning an item is at the customer's expense, however, postage for sending out a replacement or an exchange (if selected, UK only), will be covered by Epic Militaria.
