With a sternum strap, hip belt, and lumbar area padding, this rucksack offers added support, making it ideal for hiking, camping, and traveling. It provides up to 60 liters of storage and is made from high-quality Cordura-type material. These bergen rucksacks feature exterior pockets and canvas hooks, perfect for attaching extra gear and equipment.
These rucksacks are great value - they offer plenty of space, as well as attachment points in case you wanted to add even more to them. We've been told that you can get a portable stove in these - so could probably fit a small kitchen sink, too. These versatile day packs can be used in many different ways. You can use one as a single bag with a strap worn on the shoulder or across the shoulders (like a satchel). You can use one bag with the two straps (borrow one strap from the other bag) on a single bag as a rucksack in the centre of the back. This configuration is great for walking by yourself to hold small items like a phone, canteen, a pullover you might want to carry / a rain jacket, etc.
