These large tarpaulins are great alternatives to bulky tents. Lightweight (only 1,100g) and easily manageable, they can be used as a ground sheet, tent or shelter whilst taking up much less room in your pack than a tent. They measure 3m x 2.2m when laid flat, offering plenty of space for up to 4 people to get under.
The additional pictures show us using the woodland tarp in one of the classic styles, which only required 6 pegs and a piece of rope or cord to put up in only a few minutes. The tarp has eyelets and loops on each corner as well as at the mid-point of the longer sides and one more at the centre of the sheet.
Made from 600D rated, 100% PU coated Polyester. One tough tarp!
An extremely useful piece of kit, offering quick shade from the sun or rain, or as a great alternative to a bulky tent.
