Repro Sling for the Martini-Henry series of rifles, made from a quality brown leather.
The Martini-Henry series of rifles were used initially used by British and Commonwealth forces during the 1800s, with these slings still in use well into the 1900s. The slings are made from a smart brown leather, secured at one end with a leather tie, sliding through the leather loop on the other end to adjust tension and length. Measuring approximately 46" when laid flat, these slings are adjustable from 41" to 22" once mounted, depending on the distance between sling mounts. With a width of 1 1/4" they are suitable to be mounted on any matching sling mount.
Please note: This leather sling design is based on common specifications; due to variations between different manufacturers belt sizes, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Because of these differences, some adjustments may be necessary to ensure a proper fit.
