A pair of Luftwaffe Officers epaulettes, for Senior Officers.
Shoulder boards worn by Senior Officers of the Luftwaffe. For the ranks of Major, Oberstleutnant (with 1 gold pip) and Oberst (with 2 gold pips).
The navy blue Waffenfarbe (corps colour) denotes the wearer as a member of the Sanitätstruppe, the medical troops.
These high quality shoulder boards are made up from a silver/grey braid, with a navy blue wool base.
