The dark blue backing denote the wearer as member of the Sanitätstruppe, the Luftwaffe's medical corps. The single silver gull represents the rank of Flieger.
WW2 Repro Luftwaffe tabs, silver on dark blue backing.
The collar tabs measure approximately 5.5 x 4 cm.
