These enamelled pin badges bear the 'Keep Calm and Carry On' slogan, first used on motivational posters by Britain's Ministry of Information in the preceding months to WW2.
The clear words, alongside the crown of King George VI, were featured upon posters throughout the country in a bid to raise morale.
These metal badges have a gold coloured, enamelled design on a bold, red background. They measure 27mm x 20mm and have a clutch pin on the back for fixing.
