Officers black cuff title of the Grossdeutschland division.
Worn by Officers of the Großdeutschland Division. Formed from the elite Großdeutschland regiment in 1942, the division fought exclusively on the Eastern front. In April 1945 it was destroyed in battles near Pillau.
The Großdeutschland division was the best equipped in the Wehrmacht and had priority for new equipment.
Made from aluminium silver bullion thread on black woven wool base with aluminium silver wire border and has the Grossdeutschland inscription.
The cuff title measures approximately 44 cm long and 4 cm wide.
