Grossdeutschland Army Cuff Title.
Worn by members of the Großdeutschland Division. Formed from the elite Großdeutschland regiment in 1942, the division fought exclusively on the Eastern front. In April 1945 it was destroyed in battles near Pillau.
The Großdeutschland division was the best equipped in the Wehrmacht and had priority for new equipment.
Grey thread on a black wool background with the inscription Grossdeutschland in Sutterlin script.
The cuff title is 44 cm long and 4 cm wide.
