This high-quality Field Grey Wool Waffen SS Medical Schirmmutzen (Visor Cap) comes with cornflower blue piping, black velvet band and gloss black peak, complete with silver bullion cap cord. Worn by officers within medical divisions, as well as medical training units and supply troops.
