Every Unterfeldwebel NCO needs the correct shoulder boards for their impression. These shoulder boards are made from Field Grey wool with silver tresse – and come in a variety of colours, each representing a different division (see table below.) The silver tresse is detailed and sewn smartly into the woollen backing.
