German Social Welfare Decoration - 3rd Class

This decoration was introduced and awarded to those who showed outstanding commitment and service to the social welfare of Germany. This medal was presented in three classes. This is the 3rd class variant of the medal, which was introduced in May, 1939.
The medal features the eagle in the middle of the medal, holding a swastika, the medal also comes with a piece of the correct red and white stripe ribbon.
