Nordland EM Cuff Title.

The 11th SS Volunteer Panzergrenadier Division Nordland was formed in 1943 from volunteers and conscripts from occupied Norway and Denmark.

It first saw combat against Yugoslav partisans before moving to Leningrad. The division fought extensively in the retreat from Leningrad, at the battle of Narva and in the Courland Pocket. Nordland was evacuated from the pocket and ordered back to the line in eastern Berlin. The Nordland division was one of the last defenders of the German capital during the Battle of Berlin. It surrendered to Red Army forces on the 2 May 1945.

This cuff title is made from grey thread on black woven wool base with border.
