WW2 German Army Officer Visor Cap - Field Grey - Grass Green Piping
This high-quality Field Grey Wool Heer Panzergrenadier Schirmmutzen (Visor Cap) comes with grass green piping, dark green velvet band and gloss black peak, complete with silver bullion cap cord and silver eagle and embroidered wreath and cockade insignia. Worn by officers within a variety of divisions as the Wehrmacht adapted its Waffenfarbe system to newly formed units, the grass green was mostly worn by Panzergrenadiers or motorcycle troops.
This is an excellent reproduction, handmade from an original in a heavy wool material, with a leather sweatband, perfect for reenactment or collecting alike. See here for this and other caps without insignia.
