Frw. Legion Niederlande Officers Cuff Title worn by Officers/NCO's of the 23rd Waffen-SS Freiwilligen Panzer Grenadier Division.
The division was formed from Dutch volunteers and members of the Dutch National Socialist Party. The division fought on the Eastern front at Leningrad and Narva before falling back to Germany.

This cuff title is made from aluminium silver bullion thread on black woven wool base with aluminium silver wire border.
