Description

Early version of the Kriegsmarine Enlisted Man's Tunic Eagle.

Embroidered breast eagle, as worn on the tunics of the enlisted man of the Kriegsmarine. The eagle is a variation of the Reichsadler (Imperial Eagle), a symbol of Germany that dates back to the Holy Roman Empire, clutching the Hakenkreuz, Swastika of the Nazi Party.

This insignia is machine embroidered using non-synthetic cotton, front and back.

They feature golden yellow detailing on a dark blue backing cloth.
