Description

Reproduction Danish volunteer's shield.

Worn by members of the Danish Free Corps, a unit created by the Danish Nazi Party to assist Nazi Germany. Established in 1941, it fought on the Eastern front in 1942 before returning to Denmark where it met much hostility from the civilian population. It was disbanded in 1943, with most members going on to join the SS Division Nordland.

The badge meaures apporximately 7 x 6 cm.

We offer a 60 day return policy here at Epic Militaria.

Postage when returning an item is at the customer's expense, however, postage for sending out a replacement or an exchange (if selected, UK only), will be covered by Epic Militaria.
