German Army Panzer Officer Bullion Oakleaf Wreath and Cockade on a Black backing.
While Enlisted Men and Junior NCO's would wear the visor cap with a stamped, metal wreath and cockade, the Officers would show rank by wearing this, the hand embroidered wreath and cockade with silver bullion wire on a black wool base to match that of the visor cap.
It's the 2nd version as dictated in March 1935 which continued in this style until the end of the war.
