WW2 Reproduction American Airborne Command Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.
This patch was approved for the Airborne Command on 22 March 1943. Airborne Command was set up for the training of all WW2 American Paratroopers and Glider troops. In 1944, Airborne Command had the title changed to Airborne Center, but continued to perform the same training role.
The patch is a one-piece, full colour, embroidered patch.
It measures approximately 9cm x 5cm.
